In 2009 the dream began…

 

I dreamed of opening my own taqueria since 1975, when I began working in a restaurant. I loved the atmosphere, camaraderie and the opportunity to meet new friends.

 

When I dine out, I always pay attention to the details. If I like a dish, I’ll ask the chef about their ingredients. That’s how I discovered the chef that would become my partner when Orale first opened its doors back in July of 2009.

Here at Orale we take pride in the quality of our food. We care about our customers, so we cook things fresh every day.
